The different branches are divided from each other, and the ranks divided within them. The only exception are the high ranking officers who get to live in real houses.

Grunts not only do pushups and what not out here, but they are made to run long distances over the treacherous terrain.

There are even a few children who come in here to spend the money they've made on the base paper routes.

Many of the folks who come here are sent back out to fight, but those with more serious injuries will eventually be shipped stateside.
